• Where is the store based?

  Spalding, United Kingdom

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I do indeed.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  International orders to the US and Canada take on average around 1 week. However in some circumstances orders can be held in customs and can take around a month to arrive. This is information from first hand experience, and i cannot be held responsible if items do not arrive in time for specific dates due to customs. Please allow one month for orders to arrive, however this is rare and most orders will be received within 10 days if not sooner.

  International orders for the rest of the world can take anywhere up to two months so please allow this amount of time for arrival.

  If your item still does not arrive after this period please contact me. I always retain proof of postage receipts for all my parcels which i will send to the buyer to claim conpensation from their post office.

• My item is damaged.

  Should the unfortunate occur and your item arrives damaged, please contact me along with photos of the damaged item, and all the packaging it came in. This is so i can file a complaint to the post office which will pay for the damages caused, leading to you receiving your money back, as well as myself.
  No refunds will be given to anyone who does not prove to me that the item was damaged on arrival.

• Customs charges

  I can not be held responsible for items that receive customs charges. Please research your own countries policies on imported good before purchase. This is the buyers responsibility.

• Tracked shipping

  I do not use tracked shipping as this is a lot more costly to the buyer. Should you want tracked shipping please email me before purchasing and i will be happy to go to the post office and get a quote for you.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?
